Penn Squash Camp


REFUND POLICY

Penn Squash Camp reserves the right to cancel a camp week due to insufficient numbers. In this case, the camp fee will be returned apart from the processing fee.

All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is received. 

Cancelations:
If you enroll in camp and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

Cancel 4 weeks prior (or earlier) 100% refund.
If you cancel your registration 4 weeks before the start of your camp week you will receive a full refund except for your processing fee.
Between the 4 week and 3-week mark, 75% refund.
Between the 3 week and 2-week mark, 50% refund.
Between the 2 week and start of camp, 15% refund.

Credits:
If you do choose to cancel your camp week you can choose to push your registration to the 2024 year. However, this credit has to be used in full the following year and there will be no refund the following camp year. Also campers will have to pay the difference in fees if there is an increase in camp price.

No Shows/Illness:
Participants who do not attend their registered camp session or who do not contact Penn Squash Camp will not receive a refund or credit. Participants who do not attend their registered camp session due to any illness, will not receive a refund credit for days or weeks missed.

Camps/clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade, level, and/or gender)
